RULES AND REGULATIONS

We highly appreciate your collaboration with these rules and regulations, whose aim are to ensure peaceful and comfort stay for our Guests:

Accommodation starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:30 a.m. on the departure day.

If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, full amount of the original reservation will be charged.

It is not allowed to take out the apartment’s inventory and equipment (pillows, blankets, towels).

Smoking inside apartments is prohibited.

From 23:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 are quite hours.

Guests cannot hand over an apartment to third persons, even if the period for which the Guest has paid has not yet expired.

Guests bear financial liability for damaging or destroying apartment’s equipment and technical devices due to their fault or due to the fault of their visitors.

Personal belongings left by Guests upon leaving shall be sent to the address indicated by them at their expense. If no instructions are left, belongings will be stored for 3 months.

We bear no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. It is highly recommended not to leave precious belongings when leaving the apartment.

We take no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to accept your pets in our apartments.

Wi-Fi internet is free and available. All apartments have their own wi-fi network.

Linen is changed every third day. Please, inform us if you do not wish to change linen.

Complimentary products are likely to contain allergenic substances. Consume the products only if you are certain that you are not allergic or intolerant to their ingredients. We are not responsible for medical events caused due to allergies or intolerances that visitors may have to the ingredients of the complimentary products.

Guests are requested to submit any complaints regarding the quality of services as soon as possible, thus allowing immediate reaction.

We assume Guests are familiarized and fully understand these rules at the beginning of their stay.

Climate resilience tax (2€ or 0,5€/per night of stay) is not included to the daily rate and it is paid on check-out.
